[Feature] Players should not vote on alliances in 5 Team Mode

The commander chooses the alliance, you can only do one. Players shouldn't be able to say no and waste the alliance, too many times this cost us the game because people voted no while that color was inside our core.

I don't think the developers intended for it to be a get out of jail free card. I would suggest giving the commander abilities instead. Then teams could team up indefinitely. If they could team up in this way, have that alliance shown to all teams.
