[Feature] Cleric Counterplay
I'll preface this with I have not put a ton of time into the game just yet, but immediately it feels like both Mage and Warrior have counterplay to them. Mages have the teleport, Warriors have improved shielding and dashes. While Cleric /does/ have speed, I feel like they need a little more counterplay especially if they are supposed to go into melee. Maybe a dash or a shadowstep ability, short range and some way for them to counter the Warrior death rush that just oneshots you.
Maybe an assassin/rogue like character who specializes in sneak attacks/sabotage?

GraydiusI dont think counterplay is the verbiage your looking for. I think you mean defensive play options

NaHTeHI agree with Graydius.
An example of counter play is dispel vs X.
Also after the warrior mage nerfs the cleric seems manageable. I would still like to see some depth though. -

FiI made a suggestion for a cultist as a class, that is essentially an unholy variant of the cleric, who could be capable of bestowing curses/hexes on their enemies.
Examples of the curses/hexes would be one that enfeebles, one that reduces healing effectiveness, one that silences for a duration, and a powerful one that prevents a target or targets within an area from being resurrected. They should also have offensive spells as well, but most of them could be damage-over-time spells.
Some of curses/hexes can be dispelled, so it will force clerics to run 'Dispel' or they'll simply have to deal with trying to mitigate the cultists' curses as best as they can. It was merged into this post, though: https://warlander.featureupvote.com/suggestions/330087/feature-dark-cleric-skills
