[Feature] Make Warcry and other team chants more visible etc...

it should show how many people are currently in queue for a warcry or similar, even if you arent the one starting the chant!
Adding an indicator telling people that there is a buff will get more people to participate in the buff
doesnt have to be a massive screen filling indicator - something small to help new players!

HanchoYYZThey should add the Ultimate icon with glowing outlines above the initiating player's head with a x# multiplier on it to see how many people are currently participating.
