[Feature] Better visual of downed players

It is hard to see downed players in certain areas. It would be nice for either a glow or an animation (such as the downed player character reaching out for assistance) that helps teammates see downed players.

Players rarely revive because our dead corpses are difficult to spot. Adding an icon (optional: with a timer) should help a lot.
