[Feature] Cleric dispel skill given the ability to extinguish burning platforms and scenery

Cleric dispel has niche uses and so far when a platform gets burned or damaged enough its pretty much done for. I think adding dispel as a means to extinguish the flames, but not heal the damaged object would give the buff a very meta use and also give people a way to maintain their fortress structures and the likes from the catapult and other burn sources.

I kinda like the burning structures. Considering the game doesn't last very long, and it's difficult to ignite them with catapult already, more so letting them burn down, that would be an invincible defense when mages can just chill there.

I feel like maybe the wizard fog should do this, a thin wet mist to put out flames sounds more realistic?
