[Feature] Less Ability Animation locking

It drives me mad that you cannot cast fire wall as mage when you swap to the build right away. The ability already is weak due to the range, so remove cast lock.
It also is mega annoying being stunlocked when someone hits you, so you can't swap crossbow to shield and block attacks.

In general there are too many stuns in the game. Completely need to tone back on Crowd Controls.

Def agree with toning down the stunlocks/chain stagger. Both warriors & clerics can do this. It's one thing to get killed, but it's extremely frustrating when you get killed while unable to press any skills, blocks, or to react.

Well, mage is a meatbag without flashstetp, so i think flashstep should be a fixed skill, or another slot for it.....mages has only 3 skill slots instead 4...
