[Feature] Command Squad

Instead of having the commander be dedicated on the defense, what if instead they had a dedicated squad whos objective is do whatever the commander is doing, this would not only make command more desirable but also give each team a more cohesive threat group and allow a commander to directly enact strategies by doing them instead of hoping their team will see the ping, the command squad role can be enforced by making the quests be based on commander proximity and have it ping the commanders location as the default squad objective
