[Features] Cannons absolutely should be able to hit the catapult
Cannon was the only option to counterplay the catapult, resulting in atleast some fighting and forcing the catapult to eliminate primary defenses. This was good!

EvilEthoThe issue with it was that all you had to do was hit the catapult with the cannon once and the whole thing blew up. There was no way to counter on the catapult. from the time it took to make it and rotate to the cannon it would be destroyed. Just having a person stay on the cannon soft locked the catapult as an unusable form of attack.
Now they could make the catapult stronger to fight back VS the cannon. but then you run in to people getting upset about the cannons being too weak to defend vs the Catapult's damage. Or the issue that now its harder to destroy the catapult to get the team off out it with normal weapons
