[Bug] Sound settings don't work while loading in and Windows mode when relauncing/tabbing in and out

After launching the game, the sound is super super loud, regardless of in game sound settings. Also, when launching the game or tabbing in or out, the game goes to windowed mode when set to fullscreen.
