[Feature] Allow Commanders to Queue Orders

Give commanders the ability to specify a squad and give them a line of orders. So once the first is complete it auto moves to the next rather than getting sent back to default. Probably only really noticable on the 5 team match, as there are a lot more possible objectives. It would be nice to queue orders up so you could specify, take this tower, then move to this tower, then build this battering ram, etc. Would also go well with giving valo for completing Commander objectives.
