[Feature] Reduce CP Cost of Armor and Weapons

I enjoy customizing my character and stats, but the CP cost is too high. I would love to see a reduction of the CP cost for Armor and weapons. This could be done by nerfing the overall buffs that they give along with reducing there CP. This would allow for more customization even on the none titled characters. This might also encourage players to interact with the item and shop more in the long run.
