please add Vote to Kick feature to git rid of cheaters trolls and toxic players

You may accidentally kick a high-level player by mistake. It's better to ban the account by offical.

I've seen this in action in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Team Fortress 2.

It would not be used fairly and wisely.
