[Feature] Talents/Buffs Descriptions Should Give Actual Values

It'd be great if things like Instinct of the Rabbit, which gives speed buffs at low HP, or Magic Support: Speed which does the same for when you have the Servant out for Mage, would tell you how much faster it is increasing your speed. Is it just a flat value or 1 and 2, so you would go from say, 6 speed, to 7 or 8 etc depending on your level of buff? I'd like to know.
