[Feature] Remove Deck Selection On Starting Queue

You have to choose which Deck of characters you plan to use before loading into the match, which is decided primarily by what role you get in Strategy selection. Currently selecting the Deck on queue seems to achieve nothing since you pick the Deck again later.
