[Feature] Viewing Possible Perks Before Reroll

Rather than needing external sources for seeing possible Perk options at a later date, it would be nice that when you are choosing which perk you want to reroll, you could right click the perk spot to see a list of perks of that level you could obtain by rerolling. Super nice quality of life, and it boils down to something relatively simple to implement.
Right clicking brings up a spreadsheet of perks of that level possible, so a few images to put together is all ya need before coding in the interaction. Would be a very nice QoL addition.
