[Feature] Crossbows should auto reload when idle

As there is no reload button, the current crossbow remains empty when fully unloaded until timer has reset. I suggest, when the crossbow is not in use, i.e. cleric is casting heal or has swapped weapons to melee, that the crossbow reloads automatically.
