[Bug] CTD on startup

Starting up the game for the first time today and the loading gets to about 2 percent during 'checking permissions' before abruptly crashing. I have attempted manually starting the launcher and game executable in administrator to no avail. After several restarts the End License Agreement notification appeared, only to immediately CTD.

PhilipSame here, once I hit "Press Any Button" the game crash.
