[Feature] Extend auto-respawn when being revived
At the moment even when I want to be revived and someone is in the middle of trying to save me, my body disappears and I respawn from under them.
When being revived this should not happen. We should still have an option on screen to force reviving, but the timer should not count down while being picked up.

If it is true that fallen bodies will still de-spawn regardless of their allies being in the middle of reviving them, I believe that their bodies should remain beyond their expiration timer until their allies are finished reviving them or unless their allies stop attempting to revive them for whatever reason (finger slipped, interrupted by an enemy, et cetera).
If the fallen bodies have remained beyond their expiration timer and their allies stopped attempting to revive them for whatever reason, their bodies should immediately de-spawn.
Regardless of this, the fallen player still has the option to re-deploy before being revived by their allies.
