[Feature] Make players unable to buy skins in shop for things they don't have

I have not played the game at all. Don't have access yet. Fair warning. So if this is already a thing, I'm dumb move on, sorry for wasting time.

BUT in the short time I've been reading #game discussion on the discord, I've seen 3+ messages wondering: "why don't I have the items I bought". I am DEAD sure, that'll keep happening. Solution?

-Feature: If they attempt to buy a skin from the shop they currently don't have an item for, a prompt comes up saying "You do not currently own the items required for this skin."

That will stop those complaints.

Follow up, you could make that a warning instead and prompt: "Are you sure you still wish to buy this?" In this way, you'll still receive SOME complaints, but your player support can just point at it and end the ticket. Side effect: you'll also still let players 'pre-purchase' rotating stock they really like but don't have access to yet.

So When you buy a cosmetic item from the shop thats mythic you can only apply it to prestigious or mythic level items. I feel like if people are going to spend money to get those cosmetics you should be able to apply them to what ever level item possible. most people will probably feel ripped off at that point. I love the cosmetics and would like to use them on my no star or 1 star in game. allow the fashion crafting to take place :D
