[Feature] Happy Wars cosmetics DLC.

I'm sure many of you like myself have played Happy Wars at some point. As a callback to my childhood and as a monetization opportunity for the devs, I'd love to see cosmetic DLC's released which are Happy Wars themes. Weapon Skins, Sound Effects, Weapon Skins, etc.
