[Bug] Game doesn't get past Checking for update data

When loading up the game it doest go past 24% saying its checking for update data. I have check integrity of the files on steam and I have reinstalled the game already. Its always 24%, the game is not frozen either as the loading screen is still moving and the game is responding

This is a known issue that was fixed with PATCH 1.0.0.877. If this happens again please let us know.

A lot of people including myself are having this problem in the last 24h. Can't get past loading screen after it reaches 100%.
