[Feature] Region Lock / Ping based Matchmaking

The biggest issues is the game mechanics do not function properly when playing against people across the world, they do however when playing against bots. I and many others would rather fight bots that let us play the game properly rather than fight people with high ping who break the game mechanics inadvertently.

Please separate us by region / ping on servers. The lag when fighting people across the world is really ruining mechanics of combat due to d-sync and such.

Region Lock needs to be added, none of the combat systems work correctly in this game when you are fighting someone from across the world.

Matchmaking
Changed matchmaking to select the server with the best Quality of Service / Minimum Ping when the server selection is Auto. This means that there will no longer be cross-region matchmaking unless a specific region is selected in the server selection. Please keep in mind that as we continue to tune this process, region lock may increase queue times and amount of bots in games, especially in non-peak hours. We will be removing server selection in the near future to ensure that players are not abusing lag.

Implement a ping limit to other regions (ie <120ms), instead of a strict region lock.

Reasons:
-Players may have friends from other regions.
-Ping difference between NA and EU isn't high.
I get 20ms on NA, 80ms on EU.
-Matchmaking times are high on certain hours (15+ minutes), and I can immediately get matches if I switch.
-Other games like Conqueror's Blade have EU/NA crossplay and it works good, just like it does here.
-I notice no difference in connection quality.

Why did you merge my suggestion? It's the opposite of this post.

No region lock. Limit by ping instead.

Many EU/NA players have good pings that are <100ms cross-region, it doesn't make sense to restrict them.

People also have cross region friends.
