Likes game designers not blatantly sexualizing
Its called ARMOR.

The current in game design is close to historical standards.

Your design does not exist anywhere in history because historically armor is not gender specific.

Armored skirts do exist in history, but they look nothing like a dress and exist for both genders to provide extra groin area protection.

Bad idea. Would confuse the Cleric's silhouette too much and make them harder to pick out among mages.
