[BUG] Some Items from Match Rewards Disappear!

I've noticed this happen quite a few times so far and finally I remembered to screenshot it!

Description:
After a match, on the "Rewards" screen, it says I get certain items. Well, whenever I return to the
"Character" screen, to equip said item(s), they're simply not there - at all - they vanish.

This has happened at least 3 times with purple equipment, which is highly unfortunate for me. And no, I'm not mistaken, nor have I ever sold even a single piece of equipment in the game so far. Have been playing for just over 15 hours and, again, this has happened no less than a few times already. I don't even want to think of things I DIDN'T notice :( Anyhow, it's a pretty big bug, even if it's not happening 100% of the time; please fix it.

How to Reproduce:
Play and pay attention is all I can say to this.

*I have two screenshots to attach, yet this only allows one. The other screenshot is of my Cleric's inventory, showing the Monk Greaves are nowhere to be found.

Have played several more hours and I keep noticing this. It seems to involve all the possible equipment options, from what I've seen so far. Have had it happens with weapons, armor and spells since last posting. It's not a once or twice issue, it's a recurring issue. "Held" inventory is only 151/500, as well.
*If having my SteamID would somehow help track it, let me know a way I can provide it and I will.

Pretty sure that's not an item but a modification for the Monk Greaves, if you right click on a pair of monk greaves you have on a character, it should be part of the modification as colour or appearance change.

It's definitely not a glamour. The glamours have a rectangle shape visible in the background.

Had the same thing happened.
Playing on the Xbox version.
I lost a mythic spell.
I lost several purple items.

Where can I have a compensation since I bought boosters to earn those said items

Also had same things happen, crows foot from battle pass isn’t in my inventory, and I lost a moon ring and a resurrect spell too. I play on PS5

If you are missing a reward after your round, please make sure if it's a glamour (skin). You can check this as described in the following link: https://playersupport.plaion.com/hc/en-us/articles/8987318208541-Cannot-find-my-purchased-item

yes this happened to me last week. I got purple tier armors (not glamour), it doesn't pop up/available in the inventory nor the character equipment screen. That's how we noticed, if it's only white we wouldn't mind it :)

Yeah it's still happening. Seeing that it's been since atleast January of 2023 and now it's October I don't feel your going to fix the problem. To bad this game could have been great.
