[Feature] Lock Core Room

I think the core room should be completely locked until enemies have destroyed a door to it. Losing games to people who open the core room to the enemy ether to throw or troll is not fun.

im really surprised at the lack of trolling so far.. but seriously having the ability for people to just open the doors and let people in is HORRIBLE
