[Feature] Grouping Mechanics (social lobby)

I would like to see more social support.
Is there any way for the game to have a Lounge/Lobby within the game?
*To see other people lfg.

Being able to find others within game would feel better, atm it kinda feels like you need Discord and to have your steam ID# ready to swipe like a MasterCard.

VOIP would be nice too, within the team, Discord wouldnt feel like a Must kind of 3rd party tool.

Please create a lobby that is similar to the boat in Monster Hunter world. People can socialize and even duel. Would be a nice way to show off cosmetics and maybe have a card system of exchanging character info.
