[Feature] Sound Notification [Game Start]

In some other games if people are Alt+Tab'd the taskbar Icon of the game client will flash orange to notify of change aswell as a sound to say the game is loaded and ready or "pick character to join into game".

At Deck selection would be handy.
People with 1 Deck will go straight to character select.
