[Feature] Lightning Shock Balance (rework)
It's in a very unhealthy for anything to eliminate the potential of a single player to make a break and this skill does exactly that for you, dying to this skill multiple times in the same game has me to the point of quitting out as it's completely talentless in it's current state. Thanks.

Wind Ark MergedLightning Shock currently has very short range, low damage, low ammo, low fire rate(even though it multihits on cast I think it is still slower than Vision Arrow), and does not stun the enemy coming at you. It's basically asking to die to use it. I propose some alternatives:
1) 1-2 Ammo, medium fire rate, VERY low damage, very short range, LONG reload time, but it stuns the enemy for a second when used. This would allow offensive short stuns so you can cast spells, or stun and run away. Basically a Taser you can't expect to use often in a single fight.
OR
2) Ramp up the attack speed and ammo significantly so it can actually out-compete Vision Arrow because you HAVE to be close to use it. Tbh, if this is the case, I'd also switch the damage of Vision Arrow and Lightning Shock as well, as Vision Arrow DPS is way too high for the effective range when you have this as a high DPS option for short range.
Lightning Shock is just worthless as-is, so these are my suggestions. -

FiMy proposals to rebalance it:
• Want to keep its DPS and slow?
— Make its reload speed slower.
• Want to keep its DPS and reload speed?
— Remove its slow.
• Want to keep its reload speed and slow?
— Reduce its DPS.
Lightning Shock as it is now as very strong because it allows mages to safely get in melee range of their enemies like a warrior to perpetuate a cycle of forcing their chosen enemy to hold their shield up until they back away too far into their own allies—if they have any near them that are paying attention.
It gives little room for their enemies to retaliate against the mage because of how fast Lightning Shock reloads, and even if they are able to get close enough to land a hit, they have Defender, Fire Wall, Flash Step, magical traps, et cetera to recreate distance in addition to Fog to make visibility of them significantly poor. Unless you have a prestige or mythic shield with any perks that increases Guard Move, it is not possible to get away from them. -

Smurb da Purp MergedInstead of zap zap zap zap zap zap zap zap zap(slowing the whole time) have it go in bursts zap zap zap pause ... zap zap zap pause... etc and narrow the hit window (area of which it triggers damage) so more consistent aim is required
