[Feature] The ability to drop a carried cataclysm totem.

I believe there should be a button prompt that allows carriers of the cataclysm to drop it in order to allow other teammates to pick it up. This will allow defending players to pass off the cataclysm to their offensive team to make better plays with it.

Additionally, it would be nice if there was a feature that, should a bot player acquire the cataclysm, a player on the same team can walk up to them and hit a prompt to request they drop it.
