[Feature] Change time sensitive/single-match missions/titles/stamps to cumulative

All time sensitive/single-match missions, title requirements, and stamp achievements should be changed to be cumulative missions instead of requiring they be completed in one battle. Currently it encourages bad behavior, causing players to ignore squad goals, commander objectives, and roles so they can farm whatever activity they need to work on. Also with many matches being shorter recently, it's making these missions/titles harder to achieve. So instead of asking a Cleric to Resurrect 10 players in one 2 army battle, maybe ask for 100 total, or for 10 over the course of 2 consecutive battles, etc. so players can focus on winning and teamwork instead of farming solo achievements.

I find there is a lack of mission object variation.

Can be cross over between roles too. Nothing wrong with that. Some goals do make sense be shared.

Defenders too easy of a goal and really boring.

Defenders:
Build All Defenses
Build All defenses to level 1
Build All defenses to level 2
Or, X# of defenses, etc.

Special Ops:
Hold X# towers for X# minutes (Not replacing the capture X towers, but an alternative to it)
Destroy X# defenses with Catapults
Building siege weapons

Attackers:
Destroy X defenses
Building siege weapons
