[Bug] Launcher error SAC_007

Most of the times i try to execute the game this error (image) shows up.

As usual i look up for the fix in game website ->

"
The launcher was unable to update at this time
Check your internet connection and ensure the Launcher is whitelisted by your firewall/antivirus.
"

- I did not only whitelisted the game, but i turned off my Windows Defender and firewall, the error still happened.

- I tried to set the game launcher to run as admin and the error still happened. I did this to the launcher.exe and warlander.exe.

- I tried to run the game by running the executables(not with Steam launcher) but a "Start up dll error" show up.

The funny thing is for absolute no reason, after retrying launching the game many times(like 10 minutes frequently doing rerun w/ the firewall on and Windows Defender on) the game starts and i can play.

I've got 10hours playing this game, but every time is really hard to start it for the first time.

I'd appreciate some help to avoid this every time.
