[Feature] Remove RNG from Upgrading/rerolling gear perks (Aura Crystal)

The Aura items are probably one of the most tedious things you can have, its already bad with the shop roatations but the ammount of Crystals you have to spend to get what you want is sometimes insane, i'd reccomend giving players an option to simply pick and choose what they'll want for thier gear rather than playing casino at each opportunity as it only increases the grind and makes the game that much more tedious...

or increase drop rate of Aura Crystal if don't want to remove RNG for rerolling gear perk.
