[Bug] Sentry Anti-Cheat running when the game isn't

Sentry Anti-Cheat is running when the game isn't. Either on startup or after the game has been played. But I'll even see multiple instances of it running in the taskbar icons to quickly vanish when i would try to mouse over to see what it was. And it's not actually closing itself since they'll still be multiplying there whenever I check again later

In general, SAC closes with the game, and icons that disappear after hovering over the icon are usually a display bug of windows.
