[Bug] unable to connect : API Error

short desc: When i start Warlanders after the animation during the loading time it fails giving me the error in the linked image, I'm pretty sure my connection is fine as i'm reporting this bug on the same pc

reproduce : I d'ont really know i just start warlander either from steam page or directly by the desktop icon

computer spec : i d'ont know what i should put here to help but i connect via my steam account

EDIT:
resolved i needed to stop steam to reconnect. when i checked steam it was marked no connexion . So i tried to stop and restart steam, then needed to reconnect and now warlanders work fine.
