[Feature] Valor Level Reduces Deploy Cooldown
An added usage for Valor could be reducing the deployment cooldown for characters who are below your current Valor Level... Ex. Deaconess is Tier 2 with a cooldown of 200 seconds, so when your Valor level is 2, the cooldown is a natural 200, but what if as you increase Valor Level, that cooldown decreases... Level 2 = 200 seconds, Level 3 = 175 seconds, Level 4 = 150 seconds, etc... This system has impactful balancing applications, as it reduces a snowball effect from dying to a high tier character, for you won't have to wait as long to be back on equal terms... But it also adds more usage to higher Valor Levels at low ranking play... For example, Deaconess is the highest Tier I have currently, and I just played a match where I got to Valor level 4, making those extra 2 levels completely useless... It just generally keeps the playing field very even and consistent, and makes late game matches more intense due to higher frequency of better characters...

MarcoI'm against it. If the enemy team is good enough to kill your higher leveled character, it should be rewarded and not see it back on the field for some time. Same way I believe that if you bring in a strong character and istantly die with it, well you messed up, now you must try other characters.
There are 5 slots in each deck and even with the current cooldowns, unless you die with every character the moment you spawn, which is your fault anyway, you still are able to play all of them without any issues.
That mechanism makes it harder for people to constantly play with one character and forces players to rotate.
So again, you have 5 slots, 5 characters per match, use them, or play good enough to not die every 5 seconds with your favorite character.
