[Bug] New Matchmaking system makes no difference (Reserve Matchmaking)
I play with a full party of 4 people, we set our server to Auto because NA doesn't work.
Once we find a match, there is still 20 bots. The lowest amount of bots we've been matched with is 7.
This is no different to the matchmaking system before Season 2.
Unsure what the point of the new matchmaking system is if it is unable to reduce the amount of bots. Furthermore, consider that bots actually listen to orders and certain commanders actually prefer about 16 bots (2 teams of bots each team), so that they can move the teams to work for the victory.

ItsCheif MergedWhen server is set to NA, we never find a match.
This was not the case before Season 2. -

Jaro Mergedhello I find that the new matchmaking system and too long before in 3 min have had a game now it's 4 to 5 min of reservation and 3 min in the lobby to wait thank you for your understanding

Andy MergedI understand 5 team battles having a set time to play, but there is no need for a max 5 minute wait on the 2 team version, revert to the first season where you get put into a game straight away. I refuse to play until this is fixed.
You have a great game, but I will not wait every time I want to play. -

Get rid of the reservation asap. -

ExplicYou know what would reduce bots? Rejoin but to a match. Letting friends queue up with more than 4 people. Stop with the battle pass and let people progress. Get rid of forcing people to unlock titles and focus more on unlocking gear.
It's really not hard. Make it easier for people to play compeitively... make it easy to play with friends. -

SaTimChrist MergedPlease fix the bugs, especially on PlayStation, and but most importantly shorten the reservation times 5 man army's are always 10+ min wait times and 2 man army's always 5+. Sometimes I'll finish a game get back to the main lobby and see a new game is about to start so I reserved/ try to join and instantly get a message saying "game mode changed" then "network error" and kicked off when I have amazing internet.
